If change is difficult for you, you are not alone.
Why is this? I believe it's because there are two forces that resist change, being psychological (your thinking) and physiological (your brain).
It's important, therefore, to be in the right mind to support the change you want and then practise right mind thinking, to retrain your brain.
Right mind thinking starts with an awareness that your beliefs may be holding you back, even though they are not necessarily true.
When you want to feel, be or do something different, you need to think something different.
Journey with me into your right mind.

Alice had to figure it all out by herself. But you don't need to. If you, like Alice, would like to uncover your true self, I would like to help.

I will support you by identifying key strengths, accomplishments and values, so you can align yourself with the right career and organisation.

In the movie The Matrix, Neo was playing out his life according to his unconscious programming.
When he chose to take the red pill, he became conscious of this programming and he was able to achieve his potential.
This story reflects the theory that our subconscious mind is programmed by others, as we are growing up. We then unconsciously play out our life according to these beliefs, values and expectations we have inherited from others.
We may find such programming doesn't always support us to fulfil our potential.
I have practical exercises, therefore, that will enhance your self awareness and give you the opportunity to keep, disregard or re-write limiting self beliefs.
In the Wizard of Oz, Dorothy and her companions learnt they had within themselves what they wanted the whole time, it just needed to be uncovered.
The Scarecrow found knowledge, the Lion found courage and the Tin Man found love.
Dorothy had the power to find her own way home, but she had to learn this for herself.
I believe you are your own
